Research On Sustainable Design Of Safety Clothing Combined With Technologies In Different Fields

With the emergence of Industry 4.0 and the development of technology in various fields,more and more technologies have been applied in safety clothing,which has led to the rapid development of safety clothing.In the era when human beings advocate the equal emphasis on technology and ecology of clothing,“sustainable design concepts” and “safety elements” are increasingly welcomed by consumers.Safety clothing will undoubtedly give them better protection,such as children,the elderly,women and other relatively disadvantaged groups and occupational groups with special needs.Based on the previous literature reading and analysis of the needs of various groups of people,this project identified the target population as children,middle and old aged and hiking climber,and at the same time made a preliminary market research for the problems,market space and functional needs of safety clothing,In order to guide the later design applications.Secondly,Under the concept of sustainable design,through the research of electronic information technology,new material technology,new energy technology and fluorescent technology,Starting from the aspects of fabric selection,color research,style and structure design,as well as the combination of safety factors and clothing technology,safety clothing with safety protection,health monitoring,heating and warmth is designed.The theoretical results and design practices of this research provide a new reference for the design of safety clothing under the sustainable concept.This paper first elaborates on related theories of safety clothing,different fields of technology and sustainable design,including the definition,classification,design methods of safety clothing,technology in different fields and applications in safety clothing,characteristics,principles of sustainable design and the embodiment of sustainable design in safety clothing.Furthermore,it analyzes the development opportunities and development trends of safety clothing under the requirements of cross-integration of technologies in different fields and sustainable design concepts,which provides a direction for the sustainable design of safety clothing.In addition,through the questionnaire survey and field visits,the market status and space requirements of safety clothing were investigated and analyzed.Based on the survey results of consumers' concerns about safety clothing,purchase intention,functional expectation and price acceptance range,which can guide the design and application of the later stage of the project.And It provides the market basis for the sustainable design and development of safety clothing.Secondly,through the research and application of technology in different fields,the system summarizes the design principles,design strategies,design elements and bonding process of safety clothing under the concept of sustainable design,in which the combination process of safety factor and clothing is described in terms of the combination part and the combination mode.and finally the design process of the safety clothing under the sustainable concept is summarized.Finally,according to the results of market research,the sustainable design of safety clothing is determined as three types of clothing: sustainable children's clothing with the function of positioning anti-lost and thermochromic functions,sustainable clothing with the warning of night walking with heart rate and blood pressure monitoring,and sustainable mountaineering clothing with the function of charging,heating and cooling.The safety clothing has carried on the synthesis expound from the four aspects of the design requirements,design principles,clothing design and production,clothing testing analysis and sustainable evaluation,which provides a reference for the design and development of similar clothing.Practice has proved that through the selection and improvement of technology in different fields,the design of safety clothing under the concept of sustainable has very practical significance,and is an important means to improve the brand value and core competitiveness of safety clothing.
