| In today’s era,Market changes fast,more and more enterprises and managers are aware of that the people has an irreplaceable role in the survival and development of an company,employees take their part in the whole operation process system of the enterprises,bringing benefit and good public praise to the companies.And the employee satisfaction is able to measure how the staff really think and feel in different dimensions,the satisfaction level affects employee attitude and behavior on the job,thus influencing the quality and standard of the enterprise production and service activities.In the process of modern product development and production,quality management is also playing an increasingly important role,to expand the market by quality,to stabilize the market with quality,it has become a code of conduct to build brand image and enhance the product and service market competitiveness for a modern enterprise.The research object of this paper is the Quality Assurance Department of S Company.The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for the quality control of various raw materials,manufactured goods and products.The work satisfaction of employees in the quality assurance department affects the operation of daily affairs of the quality assurance department and the level of product quality monitoring and quality assurance of S company.However,due to promotion,salary,pressure and unsound system,the enthusiasm of employees in the quality assurance department of S company is affected,it is particularlyimportant to study how to improve the job satisfaction of employees in the quality assurance department of S company.This study takes S company assurance department quality staff as the sample,utilizing the relevant staff satisfaction theory,according to the specific situation of the company S quality department staff,compile a form named S company quality department staff job satisfaction questionnaire,using the software SPSS23.0 statistical analysis tools,to study on survey data in a comprehensive and systematic way.In allusion to various problem such as slacking,low morale and satisfaction of the employees in S company quality department,this study has carried out a demonstration and analysis,and find out that behind the low satisfaction of the staff in S company quality department,hiding deeper problems of five aspects,unreasonable compensation design and performance evaluation,the imperfection of the logistic guarantee,promotion mechanism is not scientific,deficiency of leadership,and the lack of corporate culture.At the same time,it also proposes suggestions for improving salary performance design,providing sound organizational guarantee,optimizing promotion mechanism,promoting leadership ability,and establishing good corporate culture.It provides reference solutions for improving the satisfaction of employees of S company’s quality assurance department,and establishes a long-term mechanism to promote enterprise development. |
