| With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,China’s industrial structure has been continuously transformed,and industry has become the leading industry to promote China’s economic development.However,energy utilization cannot keep pace with industrial development,leading to China’s increasingly severe environmental pollution and lack of energy.Under such circumstances,National ministries and power grid companies have increased the substitution of electric energy as an important measure for the country to implement energy strategies and control air pollution.National ministries and power grid companies have increased the substitution of electric energy as an important measure for the country to implement energy strategies and control air pollution,so as to better utilize the advantages of convenient,safe,clean and efficient power.Therefore,it is very necessary to conduct an in-depth study of the benefit evaluation of electric energy substitution driven by industrial users,which has a very positive reference for the further promotion and popularization of electric energy substitution projects.This paper firstly elaborates the development status of electric energy substitution at home and abroad from four aspects:energy saving and emission reduction research,industrial electric energy substitution research,electric energy substitution project benefit research and evaluation method,and analyzes the necessity and problems of electric energy substitution in China.It lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,on the basis of studying a large number of related electric energy substitute documents,based on the principle of benefit evaluation index construction,From three dimensions of project economic benefit,environmental benefit and social benefit,this paper sort out and analyzes the main factors affecting power substitution,and select the key impact indicators through the grey correlation method.Thus,benefit evaluation index system of industrial users’electricity substitution projects including 14 three-level indicators is constructed.Finally,in order to avoid the shortcomings of the single comprehensive evaluation method,this paper establishes a combined evaluation model based on ANP-entropy weight method and improved TOPSIS method.and selected three electric energy substitute projects of G city in Hebei Province to carry out empirical research,further verifies the feasibility and rationality of the established index system and evaluation model,the empirical results show that the industrial electric boiler replacement project has the best comprehensive benefits,but its total asset turnover rate is the lowest,CO2 emission reduction,industrial users’ recognition of energy conservation and emission reduction,industrial users’ energy conservation awareness and other indicators have greater room for improvement;Finally,based on the results of electric energy alternative benefit evaluation,This paper proposes some improvement measures to provide reference for the promotion of electric energy replacement projects in the industrial field. |
