With the gradual increase of China's environmental protection,sewage treatment plants as an important part of its infrastructure and scale are continuously improving,however,due to the complexity of the production process and the special nature of daily management,the problems in the development of the sewage treatment enterprises have gradually emerged.On the one hand,due to the large number of equipments in the plant area and the complicated distribution,the daily inspections and business processing of grassroots personnel are not timely and affect the normal operation of the equipment.On the other hand,due to the lack of effective information-based supervision and management methods,plant management personnel are prone to major mistakes iii daily management and decision-making.In view of the current situation of the development of the wastewater treatment plant,this paper proposes to establish a comprehensive inspection and management system that integrates GIS technology and radio frequency technology(RFID)to meets the needs of different users.And then,improve the ability of enterprise to intelligent inspection,efficient management and visual supervision capabilities for equipment,personnel and daily business work,and promote the standardization,information,and intelligent management level.The main research content of the paper includes:(1)Designing an inspection and management system framework that meets the characteristics of the enterprise according to the actual business needs of the wastewater treatment plant.To meet the different needs of system users for daily inspection,business processing,and visual supervision,we designed a three-tier framework structure and multi-terminal solution for the mobile-side sensor,network,and application layer that meets the needs of grassroots personnel,and uses a PC-side B/S model architecture for management personnel.(2)Studying efficient information platform implementation and new business processing models.The web-side platform of the system adopts the B/S model architecture based on the.NET MVC framework and combined the GIS spatial visualization technology to realize the informatization and visual supervision of infrastructure and business data by plant managers,and the mobile-side platform of the system adopts the 5+Plus APP application framework,not only simplify the development cycle but also achieving compatibility with different operating systems.And explored mobile data integration between mobile NFC native modules and RFID tags to improve the automation of basic inspections.(3)Exploring the efficient storage of business data in wastewater treatment plants and the design and implementation of various modules for the system.The system combined geographic information spatial database and MongoDB distributed file storage database to efficiently manage the basic geographic spatial data and various types of business data in the plant area,and based on the requirements for case reporting,business approval,task delivery,equipment inspection,and personnel supervision,design functional modules that meet the management style of the wastewater treatment plant.
