Research On The Development And Implementation Of XSHD Project Risk Management Information System

In recent years,with the rapid development of national infrastructure construction,the long oil pipeline mileage continues to increase,the enterprise pipeline becomes more and more long.The pipeline construction project construction period is lengthened,the number increased year by year,the difficulty of pipeline management is also getting higher and higher,management risks also continue to improve.Based on the XSHD project risk management information system development project,this paper completes the research on the project management in the development and design of the system.It clarifies the system construction goal,decomposes the construction target into the design requirement of the system,designs the three main functions of system based on the demand analysis,Including basic information management,risk management,related business information cloud and management platform support;selected the matrix organizational structure to completed the project development preparation,based on WBS and Gantt designed the implementation plan,The milestone event is set up,the project development is carried out,and the time-cost optimization method based on the network plan is studied according to the specific implementation of the project.The five kinds of risks in the whole process of system development are identified and the measures are given.Finally,the implementation effect of the system design is shown.The evaluation system is designed according to the principle of evaluation and the weight calculation is carried out.The system is evaluated and the optimization direction is put forward.
