This paper takes the current labor staffing standard of electrolytic aluminum branch of Q group company(the labor staffing standard of electrolytic aluminum enterprise of group company,2011 edition)as the research object.On the basis of literature research,through the analysis of the actual employment situation of the electrolytic aluminum branch of Q Group Company,using the benchmarking method to find the difference between the 201 1 version of labor standards and actual employrnen.Preliminary assessment of the 2011 version of the labor standards of applicability and determine the key points of revision,then comparative analysis of Q group conpany electrolytic aluminum branch and external well-known electrolytic aluminum enterprise employment data(Seven units including Xinjiang Hope,Xinjiang Xinfa,Baotou Thin Aluminum,Yulin Nonferrous,Ningxia Jinning,Inner Mongolia Jinlian and Yellow River Hydropower Recycling Aluminum were selected as controls).Further assess the applicability of the 2011 version of the labor force standard and determine the key points for revision based on industry development levels,finally formed a revision proposal.Based on this,the labor staffing standard(2011 edition)for electrolytic aluminum enterprises of the group company was revised.At last,the revised program was applied and promoted in the electrolytic alulinum branch of Q Group.Compared with the 201 1 version of the staffing standard,the optimization range of the new standard reached 5.8%,It reduces the number of workers and increases labor productivity.The results of this paper provide reference for the labor capacity optimization research in labor-intensive industries such as electrolytic aluminum enterprises,which has positive significance.
