Objective factors have led to tremendous changes in the global environment, and problems such as climate warming have caused humans to bear relatively high pressures for survival. The full implementation of the Paris Agreement remains a daunting task. Many countries have put the focus of energy conservation and emission reduction on agriculture after industrial carbon emission reduction, and formed a consensus to vigorously develop green and low-carbon agriculture.China is currently at the stage of agricultural economic transformation. The 19th National Congress of the Party has deployed a rural revitalization strategy. The report emphasizes that China should adhere to environmental friendliness and actively cooperate with other countries to jointly protect the biosphere under the influence of climate change.Contribute to global ecological security.China's economy ranks second in the world, and its total carbon emissions ranks first in the world. It is a country whose climate deterioration may lead to a total crisis of unsustainable economic development. At this time,it is urgent to regard low-carbon agriculture and green agriculture as the main tasks of China's agricultural development, laying a good foundation for the sustainable development of China's agriculture. In response to the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature advocated by Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, the sustainable development mode and lifestyle of green low-carbon cycle, and actively promote the construction of beautiful countryside, this paper takes Sangzhi County as an example to pass the process of agricultural low carbonization. The analysis of the relevant influencing factors further clarifies the mode selection of future development, hoping to summarize the countermeasures and suggestions that are conducive to the development of low-carbon agriculture for reference.Based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad, this paper first analyzes the current status of agricultural development in Sangzhi County, and summarizes the advantages and problems of developing low-carbon agriculture.Secondly, based on the 2005-2016 Sangzhi County agricultural output value, effective irrigated area, crop planting area, fertilizer application, agricultural film use, mechanical total power and other statistics, the agricultural carbon emissions and carbon intensity in the past 12 years were measured. Then, based on Kaya's constant expansion and LMDI index decomposition method, the degree of impact of agricultural production efficiency, agricultural production structure, per capita agricultural production value, urbanization level, and agricultural population size on low-carbon agriculture was calculated, and the agricultural production efficiency was found to be The most significant inhibitory factor of agricultural carbon emissions in Sangzhi County, the per capita agricultural production factor promotes the most obvious carbon emission, and the adjustment of agricultural production structure can effectively suppress carbon emissions. Finally, based on the model and experience of developing low-carbon agriculture in developed countries such as the United States,Japan, and the European Union, combined with the stage and actual situation of agricultural development in Sangzhi County, the development model of low-carbon agriculture in Sangzhi County was optimized. In combination with the problems found in the analysis of the status quo and the shortcomings in the empirical results, some targeted suggestions have been put forward, with a view to making suggestions for the effective formulation of low-carbon agricultural development policies in Sangzhi County.
