Cement is a very fine powder material,which belongs to building materials.In recent years,the total consumption of cement in China is nearly 2 billion tons,including nearly 400 million tons of bagged cement.The bag of cement is a valve pocket,a sealed bag that requires special packaging equipment.Valve pocket has the advantages of convenient filling,sealing number,high packing efficiency,convenient transportation and strong firmness.Rotary cement packing machine is a kind of automatic packing equipment with continuous unidirectional rotary multi-nozzles automatic filling and measuring(without manual weighing),typical of which has eight nozzles rotary cement packing machine.But the empty cement bag to the packaging machine,the insert process has been relying on manual sacks.Manual bag has been a bottleneck,the scene dust flying,manual bag speed can not keep up with the speed of the automatic packaging machine.Therefore,this subject has been studied.This paper analyzes the special working mode of the rotary packing machine and the characteristics of the valve pocket,and studies and designs a set of automatic bag inserting system(the packing machine has multiple nozzles,and the typical eight mouth packing machine is selected in the design.It should be possible to track the instantaneous speed of the turnaround of the packing machine to be inserted into the bag mouth.The bag mouth of the valve pocket can be inserted into the feed nozzle of the rotary packing machine synchronously and accurately.The packing machine begins to fill the valve pocket with powder cement from the feed nozzle until it reaches its preset weight,that is,to unload the bag automatically.In this design,air and electromechanical integration system is used to complete the operation cycle of bag supply,bag taking,bag opening,bag clamping and launching and inserting.The operation of bag feeding is accomplished by belt machine,the operation of bag taking is completed by two groups of vacuum suckers and the cylinder connected with vacuum suckers,the opening and clamping of bags are realized by the movement of the related devices directly driven by the cylinder,and the operation of the bag is carried out with the aid of two groups of vacuum suckers and the cylinders connected with the vacuum suckers.When the nozzle is about to be transferred to a predetermined position,the bag opening valve pocket is quicklylaunched into the feed nozzle.The scheme is divided into two parts,one is the design of mechanical structure,the other is the design of measurement and control system.The mechanical structure has to go through a large section Then the relevant models and parameters of the main parts are determined,and the fixed track of the movement of each mechanism is further determined,and the actual path of the pocket insertion is obtained.Then,the scheme of measurement and control system is put forward,the measurement and control system is further constructed and the appropriate hardware equipment is selected.By using the measurement and control system based on PLC to meet the requirements of the speed and accuracy of the rotary packaging machine,a feasible measure and control scheme flow is put forward,which can realize the automatic,accurate and fast insertion of the valve pocket.
