Shancheng geological and mineral resources company is a state-owned enterprise in growing period.After twenty years of expand,he has a solid foundation for development.In recent years,the company has ushered in the opportunity period of rapid development.The business scope has been expanding and the production scale has been growing.But at the same time,the company is also facing the dual challenges of its own business transformation&upgrading and increasingly fierce industrial competition.Organizational performance system is an effective magic weapon to achieve the strategic development goals of enterprises and a powerful weapon to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.A set of good organizational performance system can improve the combat effectiveness and cohesion of the enterprise,can enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of the entire organization,and is a booster for the rapid and comprehensive improvement of the enterprise management level,which is very important for promoting the sustainable development of the Shancheng geological and mineral resources company.In this paper,the original performance appraisal method of Shancheng geological and mineral resources company is diagnosed and tested by means of raising,analyzing and solving problems,and how to establish an organizational performance appraisal system suitable for the development of the company is deeply discussed.This paper mainly focuses on the performance appraisal of Shancheng geological and mineral resources company from six parts to carry out research,analysis and summary.Among them,the first part is a specific exploration,analysis and elaboration centering on the research background,significance,method and thinking of this topic.The second part mainly elaborates the related theories of performance management,including three methods:target management method,key index method and balanced scorecard.The third part mainly combs the present situation of the performance appraisal system of Shancheng geological and mineral resources company and analyzes the existing problems comprehensively.The fourth part mainly reconstructs and designs the organizational performance appraisal system of Shancheng geological and mineral resources company on the basis of previous studies.This part is the focus of the whole paper,and the main application methods are balanced scorecard and key index method.The fifth part is the safeguard measures of implementing the new organizational performance system in Shancheng geological and mineral resources company.The sixth part is the Research results and conclusions.The new organizational performance appraisal system has solved the problems of single index,unbalanced weight and one-sided application of the original performance appraisal method,and laid a certain foundation for improving the overall operation efficiency and internal management level of the company.
