China's rapid urbanization process depends on the support of resources and environment with high land consumption, high energy consumption and high water consumption. While bringing high benefits to the social and economic development,it also produces a series of urban diseases, such as overpopulation, traffic congestion, resource shortage, environmental pollution, land degradation and so on.In 2014,a new urbanization path with Chinese characteristics was proposed in the National New Urbanization Planning(2014-2020),which attracted attention from all walks of life.At this time, how to change the development mode and promote the construction of new urbanization with ecological priority became the focus. As the main form of new urbanization, urban agglomeration is facing more severe stress on energy resources and ecological environment in the process of development.Under the background of ecological civilization and new urbanization,it is of great significance to coordinate the contradictory relationship between urbanization development and ecological environment protection in urban agglomeration areas, and to realize complementary advantages, factor sharing and benign interaction among different regions. The urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta is a typical economic and densely populated area. The disorderly spread of urban construction and the problems of ecological environment are particularly prominent. In view of this, this paper takes the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration as an example,in order to clarify the interaction between urbanization and ecological environment, introduces the concept of metabolism of organisms, comprehensively uses the research methods of literature research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical research, and constructs a reasonable evaluation index system, with the help of DEA model, index analysis method and exploration. The coupling pattern of urbanization and ecological environment, influencing factors, control direction andmeasures of urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta are deeply explored by the method of Cable Spatial Analysis and Geographically Weighted Regression Model.Based on the quantitative evaluation of the urbanization level and the development of the ecological environment level of the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta, this paper evaluates the restraining effect of the ecological environment on urbanization and the coercive effect of urbanization on the ecological environment from two aspects of anabolism and catabolism, and further considers the urban health level through the metabolic efficiency, and judges the coupling cooperation between urbanization and ecological environment.Tune state. The results show that the overall urbanization level of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration continues to grow, and Shanghai has the highest urbanization level, followed by the provincial administrative centers;the ecological environment level shows an upward trend;the ecological environment level of the areas with higher urbanization level is lower, especially in Shanghai;the synthetic metabolic efficiency fluctuates one after another, and the number of cities and towns with diminishing returns to scale fluctuates.Increase in sex is manifested by redundant input of eco-environmental factors, which restricts the efficient construction of urbanization instead of continuing investment;catabolic metabolic efficiency shows an inverted "U" trend, and the declining returns to scale in 2003 occupies the main body, reflecting that urbanization threatens the quality of ecological environment. With the deepening of the concept of ecological environment protection, the increasing returns to scale in 2016 occupies the main body;metabolic efficiency The rate shows a "U" trend, with sub-health status as a whole, urbanization and ecological environment in a basic state of coupling and coordination;the health level in the region is uneven,Anhui Province has a lower health level, and the three states of health,sub-health and unhealthy are more intense. This paper chooses the population density in population factors, the ratio of employees in secondary and tertiary industries, the economic density in economic factors, the per capita disposable income of urban residents in social factors, theintensity of land development in land factors, and the residential electricity consumption in supporting factors, the per capita water resources in safeguarding factors, the industrial smoke and dust emissions in threatening factors, and the response factors. The sewage treatment rate and science and technology expenditure account for the proportion of financial expenditure, and the effect degree and structure of each influencing factor on metabolic efficiency are deeply studied. The results show that the main factors of urbanization are positive effects, while the main factors of ecological environment are negative effects, but the spatial structure of the effects is obviously different. The economic density has changed from negative effects to positive effects, and the population density has been showing negative effects.Sewage treatment rate and the proportion of scientific and technological expenditure in fiscal expenditure contribute to the improvement of metabolic efficiency. Finally, based on the above research results, this paper takes the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment as the starting point, takes the efficient construction of urbanization, the greening of ecological environment, the intensive conservation of resources and energy, the win-win development of the region, and the optimization of land spatial pattern as the foothold, and puts forward the control measures suitable for the sustainable development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration region.
