| With the rapid development of logistics industry,inventory management as the most important part of the logistics system has more and more attention of enterprises.However,due to the lack of experience in many enterprises,poor ability,lack of means and methods of inventory management,often waste a lot of money in the inventory,even cannot play the role of production services and delay production.Thus,in order to ensure the normal operation of the enterprise,we must control and optimize the inventory,through timely and appropriate order to maintain a scientific and reasonable inventory level,not only to avoid the shortage and backlog,meet production needs,but also reduce the amount of funds in inventory and reduce costs.This paper takes Z coal mine warehouse as an example,through analyzing the problems in the warehouse,combining with the actual situation,according to the theory of inventory management,by using Matlab,Flexsim and mathematical statistics,establishing the simulation model and mathematic model,and put forward the reasonable optimization scheme.Through the investigation of the warehouse situation,it is found that there are some problems in inventory classification and ordering strategy.First of all,select four inventory classification indicators,namely,inventory capital occupancy,demand stability index,unit price of goods and inventory turnover,according to the basic data collected in Z coal mine warehouse,the values of the corresponding values of the 249 kinds of goods and the four indicators are calculated,and a matrix is formed,by using the method of fuzzy cluster analysis in MATLAB software,the inventory is divided into A,B and C.Then,the quantitative ordering strategy and the regular ordering strategy for Class A and B and C goods were developed.Using different inventory management objectives for different kinds of inventory,optimizing the order strategy scheme.Using Flexsim simulation software to simulate A type of inventory,using process flow module to build a model of purchasing,storing and picking up a series of process.The shortage rate as the primary goal of inventory management,through the constant adjustment of order points and order batch,and finally to achieve the optimization goal;Calculation of regular order model for B and C inventory with the goal of minimizing the total cost,relax the service level and pursue the lowest cost.Finally,the inventory total cost,service level and inventory turnover ratio are selected as the test indexes of the optimization scheme,by comparing the changes of three indexes before and after optimization,it is proved that the optimization scheme is feasible.Through the comparison and analysis before and after the model optimization,we can see that the optimization plan has greatly improved the inventory management situation,reduce the total cost of inventory,improve service level and inventory turnover and inventory reduced.It has certain reference significance for optimizing the inventory management of Z coal mine and related industries. |
