| Based on the research and analysis of LOM(Laminated Object Manufacturing)technology,combined with the advantages of laser cutting rapid prototyping,designing a laminated forming test machine with veneer as molding material in this paper.The testing machine integrates laser cutting,glue coating,hot pressing and other processes,and can be used for machining foundry block,car interior wood shell,special-shaped products and other products.This paper provides a new processing method for wood products processing field.By analyzing the laser cutting technology of LOM prototyping technology,in order to ensure the outline dimension precision after laser cutting,building mathematical modeling to get a matching relationship between the laser output power and the feed rate during the laser cutting process.Using the finite element software to simulate the temperature field distribution of the target surface during the cutting process to simulate the incision condition of the veneer;and then,used the YAG pulsed solid-state laser to verify the cutting test of the veneer.It will provide theoretical basis for the design and processing of the forming test machine.Through the analysis of LOM molding process,and then determine the veneer laminated molding machine machining process.Combined with the overall layout requirements and transmission mode of the equipment,then determine the design scheme of the whole machine which including frame,laser cutting system,feed roller assembly,gluing assembly,hot pressing assembly,lifting platform assembly,etc.The structural design of each component in the equipment is carried out,and determine the relevant technical parameters.Using the SolidWorks engineering software to carry out three-dimensional modeling and complete the assembly of each component.Using the ADAMS software to analyze the kinematics of the lifting platform mechanism of the veneer laminating test machine,analyzing the relationship between the speed of driving the hinge point and the speed of the lifting table;ANSYS finite element analysis software is used for static analysis of lifting platform components to obtain the stress and strain contours,and its strength and stiffness are checked to verify the rationality of the structural design.Design the control system of the veneer lamination molding testing machine;According to the design principles of the PLC control system and combined with the process and requirements of the equipment,design electrical schematics,complete electrical component selection,etc.In addition,designing the control system program and the control interface to realize the automatic control of the equipment. |
