In recent years,make more effective of urban economy,the utilization rate of land resources has been greatly improved.In order to make more effective use of urban space,the height of urban buildings is higher and higher.Among them,the number of high-rise and super-high-rise comprehensive buildings is gradually increasing.On the one hand,it can save urban land area,on the other hand,it can also improve the quality of residential environment,which has gradually become an important feature of urban development and an inevitable trend of urban development.In the construction process,it will be disturbed by human and non-human factors,which will affect the normal progress of the project and bring about certain economic and security losses.Correct and effective risk management is needed to achieve "integrity,quality improvement and efficiency".Aiming at the super high-rise building with steel frame-core tube structure in this project,taking construction safety risk management as the research object,this paper analyses the connotation and key points of steel frame-core tube structure engineering,and focuses on its construction technology,management dimension and construction environment,so as to find out the factors causing construction safety risks,establish construction safety risk evaluation system and formulate corresponding construction safety.The full risk control measures have important theoretical value and engineering significance for the pre-control of risks and the reduction of safety accidents in actual construction.Firstly,this paper discusses the current research status in the field of risk management of steel frame-core tube structure engineering at home and abroad,and defines the research object of this paper as construction safety risk management of steel frame-core tube structure engineering.Through the analysis of safety risk theory,high-rise building structure,construction characteristics and comprehensive evaluation theory,on the management dimension and construction environment,so as to find out the factors causing construction safety.This paper structure engineering at home and abroad process of this project,identifies and classifies the risks from three aspects:technical risk,management risk and environmental risk,and finally establishes an evaluation index system of construction safety risk with three first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators.Secondly,under the background of the construction safety risk evaluation index system,the The index system of the evaluation system deduces the key risk factors and the risk evaluation result evaluation method is selected to study and analyze the risk index grade of each stage of the project,and the corresponding risk control measures are formulated.The results show that the matching degree between the risk evaluation results and the actual situation is relatively high.The index system of the evaluation system deduces the key risk factors and the risk evaluation results scientifically and reasonably.The quantitative research on the construction safety risk management of the steel frame-core tube structure project of Dalian Victoria Plaza can help managers to distinguish the importance of the key risk factors and to provide the construction safety risk management.Control and decision-making provide theoretical support.
