In recent years,in order to meet the requirements of export testing and the majority certification of exporters in general,CNAS accredited third-party testing and calibration laboratory helps to relieve the burden on the all levels state laboratory to some extent.The traditional management of laboratory information is based on manual operation and paper record,which is prone to the problems of information disorder and inadequate management,and the negligence in management easily leads to various safety problems.How to improve the management efficiency of the laboratory and ensure that the related mana gement can be carried out accurately has become an urgent problem to be solved.Aiming at the safety problems of personnel,equipment and samples in the traditional laboratory safety management,this paper constructs the CNAS accredited laboratory safety management system based on RFID technology.In order to improve the efficiency of laboratory safety management,to ensure that the objects in the laboratory are in a safe and controllable state,and realize the safety information management of the laboratory.Based on RFID technology as a means of information acquisition,CNAS-CL01 in the requirements of the Management Code as a guide to build a laboratory safety management system and system functions,the main content is as follows:(1)The overall requirement model of CNAS laboratory safety management is studied,and the specific requirements of safety management are determined.Under the guidance of the management requirements,the technical requirements of key factors such as RFID tag,reading and writing equipment,coding rules,and the safety control requirements of personnel management,equipment,testing samples,etc.To define the application of RFID technology in the field of laboratory equipment management and sample management lays a foundation.(2)To analyze the specific requirements of CNAS accreditation standards and norms in laboratory management,and to study the specific items of personnel safety,equipment safety and test sample safety in the standards The thinning method is designed and integrated into the laboratory safety management system.(3)The whole system architecture of data acquisition is designed,which solves the basic communication problem between RFID reader and host computer.JSP technology is used to develop the LIMS,realize the design of three main functional modules,such as personnel safety management,equipment safety management,sample real-time tracking,etc..Based on the Android operating system,the mobile program of RFID hand-held reader is developed,and the data relation among personnel information,equipment information and sample information is established through MySQL database,the functions of equipment inventory and sample tracking are completed.
