With the deepening of coal mining depth,the mining intensity has been continuously improved,the production conditions in underground mines have become increasingly difficult,and the difficulty in maintenance of roadways has become more and more prominent,which has become one of the problems that restrict the safe production and efficient production of coal mines.As a small coal pillar of gob side entry,the 7105 fully mechanized caving face assisted the wind lane is the key technology for achieving high-efficiency production,continuous replacement and increasing the working face recovery rate in the 71 mining area of Wangzhuang Coal Mine.The overall mining output rate of mines has increased,and the improvement of mine service period is of great significance.In this paper,based on the stress environment of the gob side entry along the 7105 working face,the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field practice method are used to study the surrounding rock control technology of the roadway along the 7105 working face,mainly as follows:(1)Through theoretical analysis of the stability of the stratum structure of the overlying strata in the roadway,the basic top breaking characteristics are obtained,and the specific parameters of the triangular block,the lateral supporting pressure change after tunneling and the reasonable coal pillar width are determined.(2)Through the numerical simulation,the influence of different width coal pillars on the stress distribution of surrounding rock of roadway is studied.The variation law of surrounding rock stress of roadway under different width coal pillars is obtained.Finally,the reasonable coal pillar width is selected to be 8m.The stress distribution state of surrounding rock in all stages of roadway under 8 coal pillar conditions,and the evolution process of surrounding rock stress is understood.(3)Based on the theory of composite bolt-rock bearing structure,the support parameters of 7105 auxiliary wind lane are determined.The rationality of the support parameters is verified by numerical simulation,and the industrial test is carried out.The practice proves the width of the coal pillar.And the roadway support parameters can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and ensure the use during the service of the roadway.The paper has 45 pictures,13 tables,and 74 references.
