Hydraulic tire vulcanizer has the characteristics of high production efficiency,simple operation,uniform and high quality of vulcanized tires,and is a special equipment for vulcanizing high-grade radial tires.At present,the vulcanizing press widely uses manual die changing,which is inefficient and labor intensive.Because of the high oil temperature,the hydraulic oil is easy to aging and deterioration,short service life and high cost.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and design the mould changing device and oil temperature control system of hydraulic tire vulcanizer.Firstly,through the design and structural analysis of the rapid die-changing mechanism and its main parts,the three-dimensional model of the die-changing mechanism is established by using Solidworks software,and the static analysis of key components is carried out by combining ANSYS Workbench software.The distribution of stress and deformation is observed,and the position of maximum stress and deformation is determined.In order to meet the design requirements of actual working conditions,the thermodynamic analysis was carried out with ANSYS Workbench,and the die changing mechanism was optimized to ensure the safety and reliability of the die changing mechanism.Secondly,aiming at the problem that the oil temperature in the hydraulic cylinder of the central mechanism of vulcanizer increases due to heat transfer during tire vulcanization,the optimization design is carried out on the basis of the existing central mechanism.Using lumped parameter method,the heat transfer of annular cold water jacket and cylindrical piston rod with cross section is analyzed.The mathematicalmodel of circulating water velocity and cooling time is established.The mathematical model is simulated numerically by MATLAB software to determine the optimum water flow velocity,realize the rapid cooling of piston rod of central mechanism,and ensure the normal oil temperature in the hydraulic cylinder of central mechanism.Finally,according to the working requirements of oil temperature in hydraulic system of vulcanizing press,an automatic control scheme of oil temperature is proposed.Based on the established mathematical model of temperature control system and the working temperature requirement of hydraulic system,a control strategy based on PID algorithm is proposed.The oil temperature PID control system is modeled and analyzed by using MATLAB/Simulink software.The simulation results show that the oil temperature control system can keep the hydraulic oil temperature within the normal working range.
