Faced with the grim environment of underground coal seam mining,although the coal mining industry is continuously increasing investment,from the perspective of China's current coal mining rate,investment and income are not directly proportional,the reason is still mining equipment and operations.The environment is not well matched.The roadheader is one of the earliest coal mining equipments introduced in China.The cutting head is the most important working mechanism of the roadheader during the tunneling process.The cutting head is prone to failures such as pick-tooth wear,peeling of the carbide tip and breakage of the seat when the coal rock is cut.Because the working environment of the roadheader is very complicated,the load and temperature of the cutting head are difficult to measure.The following research is carried out for these situations.Firstly,the development trend of the roadheader and the problems existing in the actual work process are sorted out,and the significance of the actual working condition analysis of the cutting head is clearly defined.Secondly,the characteristics of the working medium acting on the cutting head are cut.The mechanism of the broken rock,the force of the cutting head and its main failure modes are analyzed in depth;then,the temperature load and mechanical load are determined according to the load condition of the cutting head in the actual working condition and They are combined;finally,the three-dimensional finite element model of the cutting head is established by Solid works,and the finite element software ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate the loading condition of the cutting head under different rock conditions,and the simulation results are analyzed.By analyzing the structural changes of the cutting head under the same temperature field and different rock conditions,the influence law between each load and the cutting head structure is revealed,which provides a theoretical reference for the structural design of the cutting head of the roadheader.
