Study On Occurrence Mechanism And Intervention Measures Of Construction Worker Unsafe Behavior

The pillar status of construction industry in China is increasing.However,the safety trend of construction industry is becoming more and more severe.It is pointed out that human's unsafe act is the direct cause of safety accident,which is the result of many factors.The importance of organization climate in safety management has been widely accepted,but its relationship with unsafe behavior is not clear,that make it impossible to achieve accident prevention through precise intervention.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the relationship between organization climate and unsafe act of construction worker,and to build the corresponding intervention theory.Firstly,through literature review,factors such as organizational climate(project level security climate,team level safety climate,team level safety education),safety capacity and safety attitude are identified,and the occurrence mechanism model between organizational climate and unsafe behavior is constructed.267 valid data were obtained through questionnaire survey.Use SPSS software and AMOS software to process questionnaire data.The results show that project level safety climate and team level safety education have positive effects on unsafe behavior through safety attitude and safety capacity respectively;team level safety climate plays a mediating role between project level safety climate and team level safety education;safety capacity has a significant positive impact on safety attitude.Secondly,aiming at the influencing factors,intervention measures are sorted out through literature review.And intervention model is constructed according to the hypothesis logic in the structural relationship model.236 valid questionnaire data were obtained again and processed by SPSS and AMOS sofeware.The results show that the influence relationship between intervention measures and the factors themselves is highly consistent.Project level safety climate intervention and team level safety education interventionhave significant effects on safety attitudes and safety capacity,respectively.Team level safety climate intervention plays an intermediary role between project level safety climate intervention and team level safety education intervention.Safety capacity intervention has a significant impact on safety attitude intervention.Finally,according to the intervention theory constructed in this paper,specific safety management measures are put forward.And from the two theoretical explorations,the relationship theory of "organization-individual" and "combination-union" intervention strategy of safety management are further condensed,with a view to providing certain guidance and reference for construction safety management.
