The increase in resource demand has prompted the exploitation of natural gas reservoirs.Most of China's natural gas reservoirs contain hydrogen sulfide,and pipelines as a common means of transporting gases,have the advantages of convenience,large volume,and low cost.However,pipe corrosion can affect the safety of the pipe.Therefore,the discovery and control of pipeline corrosion is an effective way to ensure the safety of pipeline transportation.This paper first introduces the basic forms of corrosion and corrosion influencing factors in the high-sulfur transport pipelines at this stage,as well as the protective measures taken to deal with corrosion,including the selection of pipes and anti-corrosion measures for pipelines.Secondly,according to the actual operation data and corrosion data of the pipeline,factor analysis,cluster analysis and correlation analysis are used to comprehensively analyze various factors affecting corrosion.The results of factor analysis show that hydrogen sulfide content is causing corrosion of pipelines.The most important factor,accounting for 40.2%;The results of factor analysis show that hydrogen sulfide content is the most important factor causing pipeline corrosion,accounting for 40.2%.rainfall is the second most important factor,accounting for 32.8%;temperature impact accounted for 27%.in sulfur-containing gases,the carbon dioxide content will delay the corrosion of the pipeline,and the influence ratio is-4.2%.The reason that Carbonate ion and sulfur ions compete for hydrogen ions in the unsaturated state of water content,thereby inhibiting The formation of more acidic hydrogen sulfide.The results of cluster analysis show that the rate of corrosion of hydrogen sulfide on pipelines is closely related to the material of pipelines.The pipelines with high hydrogen sulfide content must select high-grade sulfur-resistant pipes;Humidity affect the depth of the corrosion pit to a certain extent,and the temperature is more affected by the area of corrosion.;under the action of stress,the combination of temperature and humidity and hydrogen sulfide will cause crack defects in the pipeline,which will cause serious damage to the operation of the pipeline.Finally,according to the analysis results of the factors affecting the corrosion of pipelines,relevant countermeasures for protecting pipelines are proposed.First,to strengthen the corrosion protection of pipelines,the pipelines should be inspected regularly,and the damage should be treated in time to extend the service life of the pipelines.Second,the pipelines should be rationally designed according to thehydrogen sulfide content in the oil and gas production area.In particular,the selection of materials should have appropriate safety margins.In order to reduce the maintenance cost of pipelines in the later stage of production;the third is to use sand and gravel materials with better water permeability in the backfilling sands to reduce the water content around the pipelines to reduce the corrosion of the pipelines.
