With the improvement of people's environmental protection concept,the use of green materials to replace non-degradable plastic products has become the choice of more and more businesses.Pulp molded products are a green material that may replace plastic products.Pulp molded products have high production costs and excessive energy consumption is an important reason for limiting their widespread use.This article will focus on a pulp molding line in use,study its internal drying process,and improve the oven structure to reduce energy consumption,improve thermal efficiency,and reduce costs.In this paper,the drying of pulp molded products is first divided into different stages according to the classical thermodynamics theory.Then,the test was conducted to obtain the relationship between the drying speed and the temperature of the pulp molding at a high temperature.The experimental results are then fitted using the equations of these models based on several drying models of the porous media drying theory.Compare the simulation of several models,select the equation with the best simulation effect,and record the empirical parameters.These empirical parameters are then analyzed using regression equations to obtain equations for these parameters with respect to temperature.According to this,the pulp molding drying model at high temperature can be derived.At the same time,this paper measures the internal environment and production conditions of the oven and verifies the effectiveness of the dry model.The internal temperature field and flow field of the oven were simulated using fluent simulation.According to the theory of hot air convection drying,the improvement measures of the oven structure are proposed.After that,the flow field and temperature field after the improvement of the oven were simulated and analyzed,and the drying model proposed above was used to calculate whether the modified oven could complete the drying task.The dry model obtained in this paper is compared with the actual situation of the oven,and the error is small,which verifies the effectiveness of the dry model.According to the improvement measures proposed by the hot air convection drying theory,it is found that the energy consumption can be effectively reduced through simulation analysis.
