With the popularity of Internet,the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology,there is an urgent demand for personalized custom products and services in the industrial field.The paper develops master control system of personalized tea pot production line,and studies the scheduling of its order tasks.Firstly,comprehensively analyze the research background,significance and source of the subject,points out the personalization will become the mainstream of future enterprise manufacturing direction,and general control system of production line and production scheduling problem research status were introduced briefly.According to the actual needs of personalized custom tea pot production line,the research topics of the dissertation are presented,and the main research content and organization structure are proposed.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the process flow of personalized custom tea pot production line,the requirements of the master control system of the personalized custom tea pot production line are analyzed and determined,the network topology design of the general control system of the personalized tea pot production line is carried out,and the master control hardware system is built.Thirdly,the software of the master control system of personalized tea pot production line is developed.The software architecture of the master control system is proposed.the control system software and the internal communication module of the general control system were developed.Fourthly,a mathematical model of single flow shop scheduling is established for the order scheduling of the personalized tea pot production line,the bacterial foraging optimization algorithm is adopted and improved.The optimized design of the bacterial foraging algorithm operator is used to achieve Optimize order scheduling,and analyze and verify it.The development of order optimization scheduling software is completed.Finally,the function,data acquisition,data upload,and long-term stability of the operation of the master control system of the personalized tea pot production line are tested.A comparative experiment was performed on the improved bacterial foraging order optimization scheduling algorithm to verify that the improved bacterial foraging order optimization algorithm can effectively minimize the maximum order completion time and save resource consumption.
