Research On Improvement Of Intelligent Manufacturing In Suit Enterprise For Personalized Customization

Under the background of intelligent manufacturing,manufacturing industry such as garment production enterprise hava increasingly informationization and competition,the traditional manufacturing model which is order-oriented faces more difficulty for more and more customization requirements in market.Many garment enterprises provide customized service at present,but because of a lot of manual operation and inefficient informantion circulation in production process,the customization cycle has been extended,customer satisfaction and production efficiency have been decreased,all these have weakened the competitiveness of garment enterprises.This thesis chooses WZ suit company which with those problems as the subject,using mass-customization model and implementing management information system to solve the problems that backward production mode and low production efficiency in WZ suit company.At the stage of placing order,analyzing the company deeply,according to present resources of company and using the requirements analysis techniques such as Kano model to work out personalized customization options and measure options which provide for customers,i.e.customization information;at the stage of production planning,designing a rules of the transformation which form customization information to manufac turing documentation based on the technology requirements of suit production and the actual condition of WZ suit company,building rapid generation method of suit pattern by using the RBF neural network and the parametrization drawing method,all these achive the repid transformation form customization information to manufacturing documentation;At last,design and development a personalized customization management system based on B/S structure,the system allows the customers submit the suit personalized customization requirements conveniently and quickly,it can quickly transform customers' customization information to manufacturing documentation and put it in production.The customization production process be builded by all those methods for WZ suit company,it has low human intervention at the placing order and production planning stage,accelerating the speed of information transfer and making the management convenient in production,having a shorter suit customization cycle,it can improve competitiveness of company efficiently.
