The use of food packaging materials is a double-edged sword for food safety, additives(such as plasticizers and antioxidants)which used to improve the processing and using performance of packaging materials and their degradation products will migrate into the food during the contact process with food,it poses a threat to people's health once the amount of migration exceeds a certain amount. Therefore,it is necessary to detect and control the migration of these adjuvants. In this paper, the migration regularity and detection methods of plasticizer and antioxidant in food contact materials were studied. In the second chapter,a method of LC-QqQ was established to simultaneously determine 12 common plasticizers and antioxidants in food contact materials. The analytical method showed good linearity with ther~2?0.9990 for all the 12 compounds. The LOD were in the range of 0.01to 0.04 mg/L and the LOQ were between 0.02 mg/L and 0.08 mg/L.According to the GB/T 23296.1-2009,4 food simulants were investigated:ultrapure water,3%(v/v)acetic acid,10%(v/v)ethanol,95%(v/v)ethanol.The recoveries were in the range of 83.1%-118.4%with the RSD%of0.21%-8.43%.The results showed that the method was accurate and stable, with high sensitivity. The method has been applied to determine the migration levels of plasticizers and antioxidants in different simulants from the migration tests of 13 batches of food contact material samples, and the plasticizers and antioxidants were not detected in all the samples. In the third chapter,a method of GC-MS was established for the determination of DINCH.The analytical method showed good linearity with ther~2?0.9996 for DINCH.The LOD was 0.1 mg/L and the LOQ was0.3 mg/L.According to the GB/T 23296.1-2009,4 food simulants were investigated:ultrapure water,3%(v/v)acetic acid,10%(v/v)ethanol,95%(v/v)ethanol.The recoveries were in the range of 89.4%-111.7%with the RSD%of 1.21%-7.81%.The results showed that the method was accurate and stable, with high sensitivity. The method has been applied to determine the migration levels of DINCH in different simulants from the migration tests of 13 batches of food contact material samples, and DINCH was not detected in all the samples. In the fourth chapter, antioxidants may produce some degradation products during use or manufacture, for this feature, antioxidants commonly used in food contact materials were degraded by hydrogen peroxide and the corresponding degradation products were detected by using LCMS.According to the test results, the possible structure of the antioxidant oxidation products was speculated, and the degradation regularities of antioxidants were obtained as below:phosphate antioxidants are more susceptible to oxidation than hindered phenolic antioxidants;phosphite antioxidants may have occurred phosphite oxidation of phosphate,de-tert-butyl or hydrolysis reaction;hindered phenolic antioxidants may have occurred phenolic hydroxyl groups are oxidized to ketones, and then further the occurrence of other oxidation reactions, may also occur phenolic esterification reaction.
