| Electricity market in foreign countries,especially in Southeast Asia EPC general contracting mode in recent years particularly rapid development,huge market potential and development prospects more optimistic.Many domestic enterprises to go abroad,In recent years,Vietnam’s economic growth has been steady.The Vietnamese market was gradually opened,especially in the field of infrastructure.Foreign investment on construction work increased gradually.Chinese enterprises in Vietnam contract project mode have achieved certain results.But in the specific implementation process,problems still exist leading firms to face a lot of risks.This study focuses on the discussion of the investment status of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam’s infrastructure projects,the Vietnam project contracting market,and the development model of BOT projects in Vietnam-mode application project contracting market,giving examples of Vietnam BOT Hai Yang electric power project.Furthermore the analysis of the main risks of Chinese enterprises in the application of BOT project mode of Vietnam’s infrastructure investment was conducted,carrying out a risk prediction and made a specific risk management measures.The text mainly includes six chapters.The first is the introduction chapter.Based on the project risk management of Chinese enterprises and the overseas investment project mode,this paper sorts out the relevant research reviews,analyzes the status quo of overseas investment projects,and expounds the writing background and research significance of this paper,the overall research route,the full text structure and the contribution of this paper to a certain extent;The second chapter mainly focuses on the relevant venture capital theories;The third chapter,establish the risk identification and evaluation system of oversea thermal power BOT project;The fourth chapter,mainly introduce the case project and evaluate and analyze the risk of overseas BOT thermal power project.The fifth chapter,based on relevant theories and cases,put forward investment risk and prevention measures.The last chapter,for the above-mentioned risks from risk aversion,risk transfer the two angles gives the risk of corresponding countermeasures suggestion.Finally,Aiming at the risks and prevention problems of BOT power plant project in Vietnam,giving the mainly research conclusions,results and prospects of this thesis.Today,with the steady improvement of China’s electric power technology level,domestic electric power enterprises firmly grasp this development opportunity and actively expand overseas electric power operation projects under the guidance of policies such as "going out" and "One Belt And One Road",so as to further improve the competitiveness and influence of China’s electric power enterprises in the world.Therefore,the main contributions of investment risk of overseas BOT thermal power projects are studied in this paper:(1)Theoretical improvement.The risk management theory of overseas power generation operation project is analyzed in detail,and the risk assessment index system based on overseas thermal power BOT project is constructed in combination with actual cases,which provides reference for the risk management of overseas power generation operation project of electric power enterprises.(2)Practice and exploration.Based on the actual case of Haiyang project in Vietnam,this paper comprehensively uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and analyze the risk of overseas projects,and puts forward a set of risk prevention countermeasures and measures suitable for overseas power generation operation projects.It can be used as a demonstration and reference for risk management of similar projects and has certain reference value. |
