The optimization of logistics distribution network with distribution center as the node is an effective way to reduce the logistics cost and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Today,the homogenization of products is becoming more and more serious,it has more practical significance for the survival and development of enterprises.After 2010,with the popularization and popularization of low temperature air separation technology,the industrial gas industry is facing the predicament of serious homogenization of products and strong market competition.As a local industrial gas company in Guangdong Province,in response to the attacks of domestic and foreign market competitors,Company A focuses on the laser processing industry in Guangdong Province,develops "Kuaibao" business lines,and provides exclusive industrial gas products for the laser processing industry in Guangdong Province.However,when reviewing the business situation in 2018,we found that the distribution expenses of the company's " Kuaibao " business accounted for 37% of the total business income,which seriously eroded the profits of the whole business line,resulting in the profit margin of the "Kuaibao " business being 10 percentage points lower than that of its competitors.Taking this as an entry point,this paper collects a large number of data to analyze the reasons for the high distribution cost.It is found that because of the lack of necessary DC in company A's " Kuaibao " business,the distribution of goods from factory to customer's regional center section is transported by special vehicles with very small loading capacity,which leads to the high distribution efficiency "kilometer/ton" index,thus resulting in high distribution cost.Aiming at this problem,on the basis of literature review at home and abroad,this paper determines the targeted solutions,and puts forward the distribution optimization scheme of establishing a DC in the customer concentration area of company A's " Kuaibao " business,and then taking the transfer station as the center for centralized distribution.Considering the complexity of location selection of logistics distribution center,this paper solves this complex distribution network planning problem step by step by step through a step-by-step approach.Firstly,according to the geographical distribution and business volume of customers in company A's " Kuaibao " business,customers are gathered according to the administrative region to determine the optional area of the DC;the lowest three costs are found: the distribution fee from factory to the DC,the distribution fee from the DC to the client,the construction and operation and maintenance fee of the DC,and the number and location area of the DC are determined by the integer programming model.Then,we collect the longitude and latitude of the customers of the " Kuaibao " business,and apply K-means clustering algorithm to partition the customers on the basis of the optimal solution of the model,and determine the central points of each region.Finally,considering the particularity of industrial gas storage and transportation and the timeliness of the construction of DC,the industrial gas companies closest to the regional centers are selected as the DC and distributed centrally in the region as the centers.By using the actual sales data of " Kuaibao " in 2018 to simulate the optimization scheme,the output data results verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme proposed in this paper.At the same time,the actual effect of the DC which has been put into operation in January 2019 is analyzed,and the feasibility of the optimization scheme proposed in this paper is verified.
