With the improvement of living standards, people put forward higher requirements on the freshness and quality of products.Under this situation, cold chain logistics emerges as a new industry, and according to the statistics, cold chain logistics develops rapidly at a high rate every year.Cold chain products have extremely high requirements on temperature and delivery time,in order to deliver the products to customer in time,it is important to choose a specialized and socialized cold chain logistics distribution center, which can also reduce logistics cost, improve logistics efficiency and service level. In recent years,low-carbon economy has become the goal pursued by enterprises. For the logistics industries, the development of green logistics and low-carbon logistics has become a major measure in the logistics industries.Due to its particularity, cold chain logistics consumes a lot of energy, produces a lot of carbon dioxide, and causes serious pollution to the environment, which doesn't meet the development requirements of the low carbon economy.Nowadays,China has begun to impose carbon tax, during the trial operation period from 2017 to20 20,the carbon price is not too high, but it may increase after the formal implementation. It means that the cold chain logistics enterprises will bear more carbon costs, which is not conducive to the improvement of economic benefits of cold chain logistics enterprises.Based on this, the paper takes the location of cold chain logistics distribution center considering carbon emissions as the research topic,so as to build an environmentally friendly cold chain logistics distribution center.Furthermore,it can also improve the economic benefits of cold chain logistics enterprises and promote the development of green cold chain logistics. The paper starts from the background of the topic, and analyzes on the research status of cold chain logistics, cold chain logistics carbon emission, distribution center location, cold chain logistics distribution center selection both at home and abroad in detail, and puts forward the research contents of the article. Then it introduces the basic theories of cold chain logistics, carbon footprint and distribution center location method, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent article to calculate the carbon emission cost and build the location model.Through the comparison of the location methods,a comprehensive location model combining quantitative methods is established.According to the influencing factors of location selection, the index system is constructed. Then, the network hierarchical analysis method(ANP)is used to comprehensively evaluate the target location and select the candidate points. After the qualitative evaluation, the mixed 0-1 integer programming model with the minimum total cost is constructed for the candidate points, and introduced the transportation cost, cooling energy cost, carbon emission and other costs involved in the model in detail. Finally,an empirical analysis of the location of M cold chain enterprises is carried out,and the model is solved by Lingo to determine the final location of the cold chain logistics distribution center. It shows that in the long run,it is more beneficial to add environmental factors in the site selection process of the cold chain logistics distribution center, which proves the scientificity and effectiveness of the model. The research for the location of cold chain logistics distribution center considering carbon emissions, enriches the location theory of distribution centers, promotes the development of green logistics, and provides a reference for the cold chain enterprise in selecting the location of cold chain logistics distribution. It has certain theoretical and practical significance.
