As the domestic consume groups purchasing power increase,apparel consumption will keep growing at a certain ratio in the future.The logistics is an important segment of apparel industry supply chain,including transportation,storage,forwarder,information and other parts.Logistics is integrated by these four parts.This thesis mainly studies the transportation and storage in logistics management.In transportation management,there are many transportation ways,land transportation,water transportation and air transportation.Land transportation presents 80%transportation volume of total transportation ways.However,the vehicle transportation efficiency is poor in land transportation.The cause of low efficiency is mainly information asymmetric,unreasonable arrangement and so on.How could we match right information and well arrange and schedule?How could we integrate and optimize vehicle resource allocation to save transportation cost?That's the transportation management question we need to think about and solve.In warehouse management,the development of warehousing in contemporary China is more and more automation and intelligent.Automation could improve operation efficiency.Intelligent could meet the variation and individuation demand of business development,increase the flexibility of the whole supply chain.There is room for improvement on both transportation management and warehouse management in FC company supply chain management.This thesis firstly introduces FC company history and the international and domestic overview condition,then introduces the operation and transportation basic information at FC China logistics distribution center,then based on supply chain management theory,lean production theory and modeling linear program theory,analyze and diagnose FC China logistics distribution.It elaborates the location selection of distribution center transit warehouse,distribution center sorting mode,flatness of very narrow aisle floor at storage area and distribution center transferring equipment.Work out the location selection strategy of transit warehouse,distribution center sorting mode optimization solution,flooring surface grinding technical solution and maintain system establishment for very narrow aisle floor at storage area and distribution center transferring equipment optimization solution.Meanwhile adjust the organization structure per the optimization solution to make sure the efficient and continued implementation of the project.In additional,also establish the compensation system,performance appraisal system,project risk control system and other guarantee mechanisms.Through the research and analysis,develop the effective optimization solution,further reduce the logistics transportation cost at FC China,improve the distribution center operation capability,further reduce the operation cost,increase distribution center throughput,promote greatly capacity,meanwhile speed up customer response,improve customer service to a higher level to increase the FC China market competitiveness.FC company is expanding in China market,the achievement of the optimization solution could relieve the stress due to distribution center insufficient capacity.Obtain more time to overall design and plan for FC China company logistics distribution center phase two,also provide some practical experience and design inspiration for phase two warehouse operating and design.
