Nowadays, computer is widely used which decides the importance of data collection. It is the bridge of connection between computer and external physical world. Data collection is the process of automatic collection of data through sensor and other equipment under test.Data collection system is on the basis of measurement of software and hardware products to realize the flexible and user defined measuring system. The aim of data collection is to measure voltage,electric current, temperature, pressure, sound and other physical phenomenon. Based on the data collection of PC, it can be measured through the combination of modular hardware, application software and computer. Although data collection system has different definitions according to different application requirements, the purposes of collection, analysis and display information of every system are the same. Data collection system integrates signal, sensor, exciter, signal conditioning, data collection equipment and application software.The acquisition of data information of cementing construction site timely is the vital basis of digital oilfield precise management. It becomes an important field for the current digital oilfield research as to how to acquire kinds of data of cementing construction site quickly and effectively. The rapid development of network technology and ZigBee brings a develop opportunity for the monitor of cementing data information, especially with the development and mature of GPRS and wireless communication technology, it provides an efficient way for the teletransmission of cementing data.With a further development of oilfield exploration, various kinds of petroleum reservoir and special process are continually increasing; the underground conditions are more and more complex; the operation of cementing construction work, especially with the growing number of deep-well, special process well and complex well, is becoming more difficult, along with a higher requirement of cementing quality. Cementing quality directly determines the development of oilfield and overall economic efficiency. In order to secure and improve the cementing quality, it is essential to control cement construction process and measure the output volume, density and pressure rating during the construction process accurately so as to analyze and adjust it in time.The research and the design of portable cementing construction real-time monitoring equipment is benefit for measuring important construction parameter accurately, improving the reliability of cementing construction real-time analysis of result and providing effective basis for construction decisions. The thesis aims to research a cementing real-time monitoring system integrating the functions of cementing data collection, storage, display, dispose, analysis and alarm.The research aims to achieve the goal of construction monitoring, real-time analysis and remote decision marketing. It has a great significance of improving core technology of cementing construction and quicken the process of digital oilfield.
