Changqing gas field under the ancient natural gas contains a lot of H2S,SO2 and other acidic gases.H2S gas in natural gas,through TEG equipment,H2S gas into TEG solution,when TEG solution by heating regeneration,dissolved H2S gas and water vapor together with regeneration,H2S is a highly toxic substance,it would seriously endanger human health,and regeneration of the exhaust after discharge pipes directly discharged to the atmosphere,pungent odor and the gathering station and the surrounding environment caused by pollution,and the station staff and surrounding residents caused great influence.Do not meet the relevant national and local environmental laws and regulations,environmental pressure.Therefore,the need for treatment of exhaust emission regeneration dewatering.In the research,summary and analysis,the foundation of study on the problems of exhaust gas treatment device,fully absorb the existing device has the advantages of solving load,natural gas dehydration device of adjustable burner power is not high,is not easy to adjust,lye tank sometimes can not be put into use and other issues.Through the process of Governance:acid regeneration tail gas recovery method,injection method,FeO2 desulfurization method,comparative analysis method and incineration incinerator alkali absorption method,technical route determination and burning method combined with alkali absorption.The tail gas after alkali absorption,so as to remove most of the water in the acid gas and most of the H2S and SO2components,finally after vertical burning,unreacted H2S and O2 mixed reaction into SO2.The acidic tail gas treatment technology with the method can realize the standard discharge of acid regeneration tail gas,the safety and environmental protection,and ensure the normal production and operation of the high sulfur gas field.And deal with the problems from the program to determine,process optimization,to carry out design calculations,material selection,equipment selection,and other aspects of the assembled skid detailed study,developed a more rational,environmentally friendly and safe small tail gas treatment unit to meet the relevant national norms emission requirements.
