Study On Risk Management Of Australia Mining Project

China’s mining equipment manufacturers have not enter the international market until recent years.Due to the complex situation of international mining market,the experience of Chinese mining equipment manufacturer is limited especially in project risk management.The level of the risk management ability of a Chinese mining equipment manufacturer has become the key criteria of taking an good marketplace.How to control the project cost and reduce the project risk through effective risk management is the serious topic that a mining equipment companies must learn.So the research purpose of this paper is to research the method of risk management,to make the manufacturer to manage their own risk scientifically and effectively,.Based on the engineering project risk management theory,taking an Australian mining project as a analysis object,aiming at the risk identification of the project,finaly the paper get the resulting risk list and hierarchy analysis model.By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),rank each risk factor according to the weight sequency.Then by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a comprehensive evaluation score is achieved to strengthen the control of project risk.In summary,combining the theory with practice,the paper can be used as a template in similar overseas project risk management,and has a good reference significance for China’s mining equipment manufacturing enterprises.
