The high-speed spindle is the core component of high-performance CNC machine tools for efficient machining.Its working performance greatly affects the machining efficiency,machining accuracy and processing range of CNC machining systems.Rotational accuracy is a key parameter reflecting the performance of high-speed spindles.It is the basis for real-time and accurate measurement of the rotation error under high-speed spindle operating conditions.In this paper,the high-speed spindle is taken as the research object,and its dynamic rotation precision is analyzed and tested.The specific research contents include:(1)Analyze the principle and implementation scheme of the common methods for spindle rotation accuracy test,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.The geometric characteristics of the roundness error are discussed,and the roundness error and the evaluation technique of the spindle rotation error are studied.Aiming at the difficulty of separating the shape error of the tested spindle during the spindle rotation accuracy test,based on the research of common error separation technology and traditional mathematical statistics error separation technology,considering the operation characteristics of high-speed spindle,an efficient and dynamic dynamic is proposed.An improved mathematical and statistical error separation method for high-speed spindle rotation error under ground conditions,and the specific operation steps and data processing procedures are given.(2)In order to study the influence law of the influence factors of the high-speed spindle dynamic rotation accuracy on its rotation accuracy,and verify the improved mathematical statistics error separation method,a high-speed spindle dynamic rotation accuracy test bench was developed.Using the high-speed spindle of oil and gas lubrication,the basic principle of oil and gas lubrication system is analyzed,the key parameters of oil and gas lubrication are calculated,and a set of oil and gas lubrication system is constructed to achieve lubrication and cooling of high-speed spindle.Based on the realization principle and advantages and disadvantages of various loading schemes,combined with the force characteristics of high-speed spindle,the manual loading and electric loading modular loading device was designed.The electric spindle loading control system based on Siemens PLC was constructed and the PLC system was analyzed.Each component has developed a control program that implements the cutting force loading of the high-speed spindle test bench.(3)According to the realization requirements of the improved mathematical and statistical error separation method,select the measurement hardware that meets the conditions,and construct a set of high-speed spindle dynamic rotation accuracy test hardware system.Based on C++ graphical user interface application development framework Qt,Qt Creator is a cross-platform integrated development environment,and a high-speed spindle dynamic rotation accuracy test software system is developed to realize real-time and accurate measurement of high-speed spindle dynamic rotation accuracy.(4)The composition of the spindle rotation error is studied,the source of each component is analyzed,and the main factors affecting the rotation accuracy of the electric spindle are obtained.Based on the high-speed spindle test bench,the test plan was designed and tested for each influencing factor.Through the analysis of the measurement results,the influence law of each influencing factor on the rotation precision of the electric spindle was obtained,thus verifying the improved mathematical statistics error.The correctness of the separation technique and the reliability of the rotation accuracy test system.
