| Spindle rotation error is an important factor which influences its machining precision. Spindle rotation accuracy is a key item to evaluate the dynamic performance of the machine tool. Through measuring the spindle's rotation error,the spindle operation state is monitored and the fault is diagnosed in time, and spindle rotation accuracy is improved by error compensation. So it has great significations in the study of spindle rotation accuracy.The spindle rotation accuracy testing system, based on the complex frequency analysis method, uses the boustrophedon dynamic measurement. The sign from the vortex flow transducer is handled by multiplying, filtering, A/D transforming. Through serial communication of RS-232, the data are transferred from the lower computer to the upper computer. The upper computer processes and evaluates it by means of the least square circle method, the minimal zone method, the minimal circumscribed circle method and the maximum inscribed circle method.The system adopts the upper-lower computer. The upper computer employs EC5 embedded computer as the processor, the lower computer employ 77LE58 Single-Chip computer. Its functions include data acquisition, data processing,data storage, and playback, communications and real-time display.The main work in this work include as follow: modification of the machine system, design of the hardware electric circuit, software code compiling and testing the system by the experiment. |
