This dissertation was completed with funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.51675258).The oxy-acetylene ablation test method is an authoritative and widely used method for the performance evaluation of thermal structural materials.Testing the precise parameters of a high temperature complex oxy-acetylene ablation flow field containing erosive particle components has a critical impact on the accuracy of the material results.At present,there is a lack of effective testing methods for the oxy-acetylene flow field containing erosive particles at home and abroad,which has become the main task of this paper.The temperature,velocity and heat flux of the oxy-acetylene gas generator free jet field are tested and characterized by means of numerical simulation and experimental investigation in this paper.The research results deepen the understanding of the gas flow field,provide strong data support for screening adiabatic/corrosion-resistant thermal insulation materials,and have important guiding significance for the optimization of solid propellant rocket engine.The focus and difficulties of testing the oxy-acetylene gas generator free jet field are pointed out through theoretical analysis,and the main content of the research is determined.Starting from the accurately measuring the gas flow field and exploring the combustion characteristics and flow law of gas flow field and combining with the test method for ablation of ablators in the GJB are to establish a two-dimensional simulation model and to design the test of measuring oxy-acetylene gas generation free jet field.The main research work is as follows:Building the geometric model of the oxy-acetylene gas generator based on the self-design and completed the numerical simulation of oxygen-acetylene flame multiphase flow.the temperature and velocity distribution of the gas flow field and the solid phase particles along the motion trajectory are calculated,and the distribution law is summarized.The simulation results provide a numerical reference and basis for the determination of the test experimental parameters,and indicate the direction for the structural design and optimization of the gas generator.The temperature,velocity and heat flux of the free jet field were tested by visible light spectrum pyrometer,PIV and "water card" calorimeter.The test results verify theaccuracy of the numerical simulation results.In addition,a large number of measuring tests have comprehensively verified the adjustability,stability and safety of the gas generator.The test results can provide reliable data for new methods and new ways of multi-phase flow ablation screening thermal insulation materials,and can effectively and accurately evaluate the ablation/corrosion performance of thermal insulation materials.
