Affected by the country's second child policy,China's maternal and child industry has entered a period of rapid development,and industry competition is heating up,from commodity supply chain management to terminal brand marketing,from online ecommerce to offline stores.The competition can be observed everywhere in the maternal and child industry.The efficient operation of all these is inseparable from the professionals in the maternal and child industry,so the discovery and cultivation of outstanding professionals has become a serious problem that all maternal and child companies must seriously consider.This paper studies the case of LX University Training Management System,which is from LX Maternal and Child Products Company at Guangzhou.Through the application of employee career development theory and learning organization construction theory,and drawing on the valuable experience of university operations management at home and abroad,this paper conducts in-depth research on the training management problems that arise in the operation of LX enterprise universities,and proposes specific solutions.The main structure of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of writing,the meaning,the research ideas,the research methods and the logical structure of the article.The second part is a literature review that summarizes the basic concepts used in this article,the relevant literature research results,and the model tools used.The third part is the case description.It introduces the basic situation,organizational structure and human resources status of LX Maternal and Infant Company to the reader,and introduces the current situation and problems of LX Enterprise University.Followed by the fourth part of the case study,the main content is to fully grasp the opinions of employees on the implementation of LX corporate university training through questionnaire survey and interviews,and summarize the relevant focus issues.The content of the fifth part is to solve the existing challenges of LX Enterprise University and propose corresponding solutions: build a systematic,informatized and professional training management mechanism,consolidate the curriculum system,the trainer system and the evaluation management system,and build a learning organization.Finally,the sixth part is the summary of the characteristics of the LX enterprise university construction research,the lack of analysis and the follow-up research prospects of this paper.The main conclusion of this thesis is that the system of systematic,informatized and specialized training management platform based on the career path of employees can better meet the needs of internal and external customers for talent development and organizational development.“Empowering people,empowering organizations”,and finally achieving the strategic goals of the company.
