In the rapid development of economic globalization and electronic information technology,the economic environment is changing in myriad ways,and "change" has become a normal state under the new economic situation.Under the overall macroeconomic situation of our country,as an organic organism,under the complex and changing environment,it is of vital importance for enterprises to develop continuously,maintain the vitality of life,and improve the ability of organizations to continuously learn and automatically update their knowledge systems.Therefore,as a human resource worker facing the severe market environment and fierce competition pressure,it is the mission and value of the company to cultivate and develop continuously applicable "human" resources and promote and optimize the talent structure for the company.This paper will systematically elaborate on the construction process of K company's training system based on the theory of "learning organization".This paper firstly takes the current situation of training system construction based on learning organization at home and abroad as the research background,and on the basis of the research background,points out the main significance of the topic selection,the main ideas and main contents of the research.This paper focuses on the strategic development director of the company,studies the theory of "learning organization",and combines the actual situation of K company to focus on the whole process of the construction of K company's training system from scratch.Process,the use of questionnaire investigation and interview method to collect relevant information,and data analysis,finally put forward suitable for K company training system architecture,the current development,improve the training process of using the form tool,full records,standardize the management,in order to effective inheritance of knowledge and constantly optimize the training system,and hope to establish training system of other companies is of certain reference value.
