In the fore front of the world remains the amount of China’s shale gas resources,which is abundant.Those resources’ economic value is huge and its prospect is promising.The overall exploration and development of shale gas in China is in the primary stage,however,with the further maturity of exploitation technology,shale gas will play an extremely important role in China’s energy supply structure.As one of the few enterprises with shale gas exploration qualification in China,G Shale Gas Company must accelerate its innovative development and strive to become a leading enterprise in the shale gas industry.Therefore,how to keep innovation and improve core competitiveness of G shale gas company is a major issue facing the company.Human resources are necessary condition to optimize the core competitiveness of enterprises.How to use the training management system to maintain the learning atmosphere in the internal organization,to improve the autonomous learning ability of the organization,to update the professional knowledge and skills of the industry and to establish a learning organization are crucial to the development of human resources of enterprises.Therefore,the optimization strategy of training management system of G shale gas company based on learning organization in this paper is of great significance to both employees and enterprises.This paper is based on the learning organization and enterprise training related to concepts and theory and it is also based on literature research basis,in the shale gas of G company as a case study object by means of the deep interview,questionnaire investigation about the present situation of the organization and staff training management system were investigated,the diagnosis of G shale gas company training management system,the problem existing in analysis of reasons,study and put forward establishing the learning organization oriented training management system optimization strategy,mainly including strengthening community of fate,to establish training target,optimize training management organization,enrich training content and form,standardize the training process management the five aspects of optimization Suggestions.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that it could help G shale gas company solve the problems in the training management system,strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and realize the innovative development of the enterprise.At the same time,the optimization strategy of training management based on learning organization proposed in this paper can also be used for reference by peers.
