Automatic control of mineral concentrator process is a main work content of mine automatic control of mineral concentrator,it is the basic condition of realizing digital mine,the ore crushing and grinding classification process is an industrial process with the characteristics of multivariable,strong interference,large lag,nonlinear and timevarying parameters.It is difficult to quantitatively analyze the properties of the ore treated by the mill,and it is also difficult to judge the working state of the mill,so we can only qualitatively judge the working state of the mill and the changing trend of the property of the ore.For mill grinding,which has a large number of production process parameters changing frequently,the conventional control can not achieve accurate control of the mill,but experienced ball grinder can achieve good control effect.Fuzzy systems are very powerful because they transform the experience of people related to processes in the environment into concrete operations.This knowledge(especially about the static and dynamic behavior of processes and equipment)is used to automate processes through the use of fuzzy systems.This paper is based on an engineering project of an automatic milling system of a mining company to study and apply the automatic control scheme of the bal mill.The designed scale of the concentrator of this mining company is to process 15 million tons of magnetite per year and produce 3 million tons of iron concentrate.This company is one of the important raw material bases of a group of companies,so the company must complete the production task,and at the same time make the cost to the minimum.This promotes the whole process automation system to reach the highest level.This paper introduces the mineral processing technology of this mining company and discusses the present situation and development trend of domestic grinding technology.The technological process and running characteristics of grinding system are analyzed.Thedetection and control targets of the automatic control system are determined and the control scheme is proposed.Of the automatic control of unloading car design,realized the discharging car unattended,and the ball mill for ore fuzzy control system were studied,in setting for ore,respectively design power audio spectrum,grinding machine,grading and mechanical and electrical flow and feed amount set four fuzzy controller design,and for the run of mine ore properties change with power audio spectrum,grinding machine,grading electrical flow relationship between the three parameters is discussed.In the process of implementation,a stable and effective fuzzy controller is designed through thorough exploration and summary of the manual operation rules on the site,and through careful adjustment,a better control effect is obtained.The design has been successfully applied to the automatic control system of grinding classification of the mining company,which plays an important role in improving crushing working environment,stabilizing iron concentrate grade,increasing the output of bal mill,and has achieved remarkable economic benefits.
