Under the background of changing economic environment,competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Therefore,outsourcing business to strengthen their core competitiveness has become the trend of development.For manufacturing enterprises,reasonable selection of distributors can make manufacturing enterprises focus more on technological and product innovation,which makes the optimization of distributors particularly important.In this thesis,the method of distributor selection of K Lubricant Company is studied from the perspective of supply chain management.Firstly,the operation status of K Lubricant Company is analyzed.It is pointed out that K Lubricant Company has a rich product category,and has obvious advantages in technology and production cost compared with other similar enterprises.But as K Lubricant Company's business in China continues to expand,the former distributor cooperation contradictions become more and more prominent.The main manifestation is that the distributor expects to get rid of the restriction of K lubricant company on its product category and the contradiction between K lubricant company's desire to promote new products and distributor's operational risk promotion.Therefore,the establishment of the corresponding selection system and distributor selection method has become the primary issue for the development of K Lubricant Company.In view of the shortcomings of K Lubricant Company in distributor management,this thesis studies the selection method of K Lubricant Company distributor from two aspects: the design of selection process and system and the construction of distributor evaluation index system.In the selection of evaluation index system,Delphi method is used to establish a hierarchical evaluation index system of distributors.The index is divided into four aspects: sales channels,cooperation willingness,service ability and product promotion ability.Then the analytic hierarchy process is introduced to empower the index,and the specific process and steps of the selection of distributors are given by using the fuzzy evaluation method.Then the potential partners of K Lubricant Company are taken as an example for case study.Three distributors,S,H and J,were evaluated.The distributors were evaluated from four aspects: sales channels,willingness to cooperate,service ability and product promotion ability,and the level of cooperation proposal was divided.The results show that S distributors are better and can be given priority,while the other two companies can also try to cooperate,and give different cooperation suggestions according to the selection results.In a word,this thesis studies the evaluation method of distributors.From the perspective of supply chain optimization management,the evaluation index set is constructed based on analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy evaluation method is introduced to implement the evaluation index set,and the specific scheme of supplier optimization and empirical case analysis are given.The aim of the study is to increase the means of selecting distributors,and to provide reference for improving the level of supply chain managemen.In short,the thesis studies the method of distributor evaluation.From the perspective of supply chain optimization management,the evaluation index set is constructed based on AHP,and the fuzzy evaluation method is introduced to implement the evaluation index set,and the specific scheme of supplier selection and empirical case analysis are given.The objective of this study is to increase the means of selecting distributors,and to provide a reference for improving the level of supply chain management...
