Research On Collaborative Evaluation Of Green Construction Industry Chain

With the vigorous development of China's construction industry,the new construction mode,mainly represented by green construction,has been paid more and more attention by the state and enterprises.Construction projects all over the country have carried out green construction practice,while achieving various results at the technical level,economic level and management level,the related problems caused by green construction have been gradually exposed.Among them,the coordination of green construction industry chain is particularly significant,which is manifested by the lack of governance experience of the construction unit,weak subjective awareness of the design unit,difficulties in communication and coordination of the construction unit and many other problems of industry chain coordination.In view of this practical problem,part of the theoretical research basis has been formed in China.Based on the relevant literature,this paper firstly defines the concept of green construction industry chain,briefly describes the specific industrial layout of the upstream,middle and downstream of the industry chain,and then analyzes the collaborative subjects of each stage of green construction industry chain from the perspective of green construction industry chain coordination And the relationship between them lays a theoretical foundation for the collaborative influencing factors and evaluation of green construction industry chain.Based on the analysis of practical problems and the preparation of relevant theories,this paper uses the Citespace knowledge map theory to further sort out the relevant academic achievements of the green construction industry chain,describes the keyword co occurrence map and cluster map,to identify the factors affecting the industrial chain coordination.On this basis,the paper uses ISM to explain the structure model and analyzes the level division and internal structure of the collaborative influencing factors of green construction industry chain.Finally,BP neural network is used in the collaborative evaluation of green construction industry chain,and the corresponding evaluation model is constructed and applied to specific projects for practice.
