Salary management is an important part of enterprise human resource management.Scientific and reasonable salary system plays an important role in motivating employees' work enthusiasm and improving enterprise production efficiency.H Design Institute is a state-owned chemical design institute which has entered mature stage.With the changesin the country's economic environment and the industrial environment,it has adjusted the strategic target gradually,but the salary management work has not been able toadaptwith the external environment and the adjustment of the internal strategy in time.Therefore,it is of utmost importance to optimize the salary system.Firstly,this paper analyzes the related research of the domestic and foreign compensation system.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current salary system and conduct the employee salary satisfaction survey tofind out the problems.Finally,this paper putsforward relevant countermeasures and safeguard measures on how to optimize the existing compensation system.The research in this paper provides a reference for promoting and improving the salary management of H design institute,and so does it toothersimilar enterprises.
