At present,the state-owned enterprise scale and business scope has been expanded,in the long run,the state-owned enterprise faced with good development prospects,but at the same time the new era of environment,the challenges facing more and more state-owned enterprises,the complexity of enterprise management is more and more strong,the management of the new issues also emerge in endlessly,which marks the enterprise’s development to a new stage.More and more enterprise leaders have realized the importance of human resource management and are trying to get rid of the inertia mode of "attaching importance to technology over management" in most enterprises.They hope to continuously promote the improvement of enterprise management level and effectively motivate employees through the reform of human resource management.The salary management in human resource management is the most important,and it is imperative to establish a scientific and perfect excellent salary management system.Taking Shandong Aluminum Co.,Ltd as an example,this paper obtained the relevant materials required by the paper through theoretical research,field visit investigation,questionnaire survey and multiple communication methods.The standard monitoring system was used to analyze and verify the literature reading method,inductive analysis method,comparative analysis method and empirical research method.Completely improve the standard concept of salary management system,the standard of discussion,worldwide research structure,Shandong Aluminum Co.,Ltd.salary management standard analysis and summary;The scope of empirical analysis should be dealt with through relevant cases and empirical methods,and finally improve the countermeasures and standards of Shandong Aluminum Co.,Ltd.’s current situation and problem analysis of the compensation management system,optimization of the compensation system process design,practical guarantee and other perfect measures.Finally,perfect the analyzed shandong aluminium industry co.,LTD.,the optimization tactics of the compensation management standards,from the salary budget and pay cost control standard of compensation management system to improve the control and detection,and performance,interest rates in the sharing,welfare benefits,such as inner compensation standards to develop a perfect compensation management policy implementation system.Through the study of this paper,the basic situation of the salary management system of Shandong Aluminum Co.,Ltd.,was studied,and the most suitable salary management standard design scheme was set up,which can be used as a comprehensive reference for other enterprises in the reform of salary management.
