Haze as a contemporary social concern hot issues,about people's livelihood.Haze management urgent,Haze governance mechanism is also essential.Yibin's construction of"six bases"in the green food processing,integrated energy development,chemical light textile manufacturing will become an important engine supporting the rapid growth of GDP each year.According to the characteristics of industry development,long-term industrial development that supports energy consumption and high emissions will inevitably lead to a jump in the total discharge of major pollutants,and conflicts with the environment will become increasingly prominent.At the same time,automobile exhaust,building dust,food fumes,etc.are also important sources of air pollution,the formation of Haze weather has an important impact.This paper intends to Study on the influencing factors and governance mechanism of haze in Yibin City,through the methods of literature review,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and so on,we use the theory of statistics,management,cooperative governance and public governance to combine the situation of the natural environment,the economic society and the air quality in Yibin.The problems of Yibin haze governance mechanism are analyzed,and a set of perfect governance mechanism is put forward to explore new ways for haze governance.In order to provide a systematic,reasonable and effective suggestion and policy for haze pollution control mechanism in Yibin and even southwest China,the effective suggestions on haze control mechanism are proposed.The full text is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction;the second part is the related theory and literature review;the third part is the analysis of the air quality in Yibin and the existing problems of the governance mechanism;the fourth part is the analysis of the influence factors of the haze in Yibin City;the fifth part is the establishment and measures of the haze treatment mechanism by the needle.Countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of this paper are:?1?through the analysis of the air quality data of Yibin,it is concluded that the main pollutants in the downtown area of Yibin are PM₁₀ and PM_2.5.?2?through the analysis of the problems existing in the haze management in Yibin,the main reasons for the analysis of the governance mechanism are lack of understanding,poor governance and cooperation,governance and laws and regulations are not tight,and so on.?3?in view of the problems existing in the haze management mechanism in Yibin,the following suggestions are put forward:first,to strengthen the top level design and optimize the decision-making mechanism;two to strengthen the implementation of the work and optimize the linkage mechanism;three to strengthen the elimination of pollution and to optimize the mechanism of governance;four to strengthen the implementation of responsibility and to optimize the supervision mechanism;and five to strengthen the construction of capacity and to strengthen the ability construction and excellence.The six is the energy structure adjustment and clean utilization;seven is the energy conservation and environmental protection access of Yang brother,the optimization of the industrial layout;eight is to increase the intensity of the fixed source reduction;nine is to deepen the pollution control of the face source such as the dust,and the ten is to strengthen the prevention and control of the pollution of the mobile source,and promote the comprehensive prevention and control of the"car oil road",and the eleven is to advance the agricultural straw.Comprehensive utilization.
