With the rapid development of China's urbanization and economic construction,the production of sludge is increasing,which leads to many environmental problems.The proper disposal of sludge from sewage treatment plants has always been a difficult problem in the industry.Bio-leaching technology is a new technology developed in recent years,which can reduce sludge moisture content to less than 60% by using microbial group to modify sludge.In this paper,the cost control of bio-leaching & plate-frame filter press Technology project operation in N sewage treatment plant(NSTP)is studied in two parts.The 1st is the process management.Through the experimental method,how the process index changes when the process parameters changes is demonstrated,so as to find the values of the best cost and meeting the parameters.The 2nd is operation process control,in which the influence of the parameter changes of the equipment operation on the process index are demonstrated,so as to find out the operation parameter setting of the equipment with the best cost and standard.The results are as follows:(1)Process Optimal Parameters: Dosing ratio is 17%.pH value is about 3.8.Sludge retention time is around 2d.Reflux ratio around 30%-100% all meet the requirements.Inlet sludge concentration is 97.5%-98%.(2)Optimal Equipment Parameters: Plate frame filter press pressure is 1.4MPa.Press time is one hour and a half.High/low pressure feed pump feeding time is one hour and a half.Roots Blower outlet pipe main pressure is 45 kPa.
