With the development of oil field entering the later period,the production of associated-dissolved gas is decreasing year by year and the operating parameters of in Dongying have deviated from the designed condition seriously.the gas compressor station belongs to oil and gas gathering General Factory of Sinopec Shares Shengli Oilfield Company.In order to reduce the energy consumption and improve the yield of light hydrocarbon and maximize the economic benefits finally,feasibility research on adjusting the scale have done according to the actual production and equipment running status of the Dongying compressor station in present.And we expounded the feasibility of reforming the compressor system of air compressor station,the natural gas processing device and auxiliary production equipment.Also,we researched and designed a feasible scheme.This paper first analyzed the present situation of Dongying compressor station.According to the actual situation,we put forward some schemes of scale transformation,including compressor system,processing unit of natural gas,propane precooling system,instrument air system and vent riser.For the compressor system,we recommended replacing the whole compressor by comparing the two schemes.For the natural gas treatment plant,we suggested building a new set of natural gas processing device,with the processing amount of30×104m3/d.And the HYSYS software was used to simulate and optimize the process of natural gas processing.The simulation proved that the C3 yield was improved greatly after the modification.Then the supporting engineering of compressor station was designed in detail,including the architecture,electrical power supply,automatic control system,fire protection and water supply and drainage,heating and ventilation,organization staff and the general transport.Finally,through the feasibility analysis of HSE and economy for the project,we proved the feasibility and necessity of this project in the estimate of the fund,energy conservation and environmental protection and health and safety.It shows that,after this transformation,we can save the costs of electricity and repair about 5 million yuan a year,which needs 17years to save this investment.This study provides a feasible and reliable basis for the scale transformation of the gas compressor station in Dongying.
