Study On Supply Chain Risk Prevention Of Off-site Oil Sales For Hk Group

In recent years,with the import liberalization right to local refineries,the bottlenecks problem of local refineries have been pushed from the front end of the source of raw materials to the end product sales.However,combined with the low prices of the world and domestic oil,status of HK group product oil in the oil product marketing,especially the single sales channel is harder and harder for adapting to the development of the society and market competition.The remote terminal sales model of HK Group started lately,not high operational efficiency,lack of brand building and not enough efforts of marketing have become important factors affecting the sustained and rapid development of enterprises.Because of the close connection of the supply chain nodes,the supply chain have more serious risks for businesses,supply chain risks severely restrict development of supply chain,especially oil industry,as the core of the strategic resources,the supply chain of oil industry has more production links and high investment and risk,the supply chain is more special.Therefore,taking HK Group as our research study,this article analyze the presence of refined oil and offsite sales problems facing the industry competitive environment,analyze the remote sales supply chain risk and identify it.On the basis of comprehensive analysis and off-site sales HK Group on Supply Chain Risk,and on the combination of industry characteristics HK Company,we put forward a series of countermeasures against oil off-site sales risks,including improving the system construction,strengthening performance evaluation,strengthening customer management,enhancing the company's influence and designing risk management information systems and other measures.Therefore,the research is meaningful to strengthen security of supply chain operation of oil industry,and improve the competitiveness of oil industry,and reduce energy waste and protect the environment.
