In recent years.with the development of China's economy and reform in full swing to the implementation of the supply side,many industry will face the test of many sided,especially traditional industries,both to reduce the supply cost,optimizing the industrial structure,but also to benefit under the big background,development,this kind of environment,gradually formed a new generation of pattern,and puts forward higher requirements for various industries.Logistics industry and coal industry are also increasingly green,clean direction of development,coal supply chain has attracted the attention of scholars.Hot,according to previous research,the paper analyzed the current coal supply chain environment faced by the analysis of the environment and to identify risk of supply and demand,the comprehensive assessment on the risk of supply and demand,and then build model calculation of coal blending quantity,optimize the coal supply chain,ease to current conditions,providing a new method to solve the problem.This paper began to introduce the background of recent years:China's rapid economic development,the coal industry is facing reform problems,and then summarized the previous scholars' research,involving supply chain risk management,coal supply chain,coal supply chain optimization,etc.Secondly,in terms of the precision of coal supply chain management,this paper describes roughly the risk management,coal supply chain characteristics,supply and demand risks,multi-objective programming model and particle swarm optimization algorithm,so as to build the index system and mathematical model in the future.Then,this paper began to analyze the status quo of coal transportation,understand the basic characteristics and components of the coal supply chain,combined with examples and background analysis of the existing problems,the traditional layout and the background of the new era combined to analyze,more in line with the characteristics of the coal supply chain.Then,the supply and demand risk index system of the coal supply chain is built,divided into three dimensions,starting from the five components of the supply chain,34 secondary indicators are carefully searched under them,and then the key factors affecting supply and demand of the supply chain are found by objectively scoring and evaluating with actual data under the entropy method and analytic hierarchy process.A mathematical model is established,and supply and demand risk factors are introduced into the equation,or taken as constraint conditions,or added into the model for operation.The model is designed to maximize the overall benefit and customer satisfaction of supply chain,and is solved by multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.The results are compared with those without considering supply and demand risks.Finally,the results show that the overall benefit of the supply chain with supply and demand risks considered is better than that without consideration,which provides an effective reference for the rational optimization of the coal supply chain.In this paper,the supply and demand risk factors that coal supply chain will face are fully considered,and the supply and demand risk assessment index system is set up comprehensively,and the assessment process is objective.In the mathematical model,the imbalance between supply and demand is mainly considered,and the concept of green logistics such as carbon tax is also introduced.Customer satisfaction and supply chain revenue are taken as function objectives to seek common maximization.The above is also the differentiation of this article.The purpose of creation is to make the optimization model more in line with the reality,to provide a direction for further thinking on how to quantify supply and demand factors and introduce them into the model,to demonstrate the feasibility through the model and actual data,and to provide relevant suggestions for solving realistic problems.
