| In recent years,domestic enterprises are actively response to the government’s call of "Go Out Policy" and participate in international market competition,with the combination of the serious domestic excess production capacity of the steel and a few number of large-scaled metallurgical constructions,the design enterprises of metallurgical engineering must go out,so as to develop foreign markets and gain development space.Because the participation time of the EPC business is short,and with the lacking of the project management personnel,the enterprises of metallurgical engineering are generally lack of deep understanding and control of EPC business,and the project risk management is relatively weak,so that the final four aims(quality,time limit,cost and safety)of the EPC project and the continuous growth and sustainable management of the enterprises are restricted.Therefore,deep analysis of causes of these problems and study of project risk management of the EPC metallurgical project shall be done,and effective measures shall be taken,so as to ensure the realization of the profit goal of the EPC project and further increase the achievement and improve the core competiveness of the enterprises of metallurgical engineering construction industry.The thesis aims to carry on research with an example of TISCO Project of Vietnam,which is an EPC General Contracting Project of whole steel production process.The author firstly focused his research on the background,contents and current situation of the said EPC project,on the basis of which,the thesis sorted out the risks incurred during the implementation of the project,emphatically analyzed and evaluated the risks that occurred during the suspension of the project and those that might occur after restart of the project,analyzed the reasons for the risks and the consequences later.Then the author made assessment on the risks by means of Relevance Trees Method from the aspect of satisfaction of the owner,benefits of the contractor and social impacts,confirmed risk level and put forward with the countermeasures of the risks.At last,suggestions of improvements were offered and experiences were summarized so as to direct the company to gradually establish the risk management mechanism and to set up risk conscientiousness of the project management personnel at all levels,thus making an effective risk management on the whole process of the project. |
