Study And Design Of Emergency Training Model And Emergency Training System

At present,the safety accidents in China are still very high,many families suffer from casualties,but people's safety awareness is still low,accident emergency awareness is not high either.Emergency training is an effective way to improve people's emergency awareness and abilities to deal with accidents.Emergency training is also written in the 13 th Five-Year Plan as important contents content.Therefore,how to improve the effect of emergency training,how to improve the methods and modes of emergency training,and finding out the appropriate models of emergency training has become the object to be studied and discussed.This paper focuses on the following research on the content of emergency training:Through the analysis of the problems existing in the current emergency training,it can be concluded that the emergency training needs to be strengthened and improved in our country.It is analyzed from four aspects: the country,the industry,the enterprise and the individual.The key factors affecting the training transfer are determined by using the 6 Sigma method of management.Meanwhile the areas that need to be improved in the training process of emergency training are proposed.And guide training teachers and enterprises how to effectively maintain the level of emergency transfer training.Through the analysis of the current emergency training mode in our country,it can be found out the advantages and disadvantages of the current emergency training mode.Analysis of the current emergency training model cannot meet the needs of modern emergency training.In view of this phenomenon,a web-based integrated training model is pushed out.Supported by the current advanced network technology and with the MOOC,Game thinking,virtual reality and webcast,all of which can enrich the emergency training model.Analyzing the theoretical value of this model,the theoretical value of the model satisfied by four aspects that include the flow theory,Adult learning characteristics,self-determination theory and constructivism theory is pointed out.Through the analysis of the demand of emergency training system in four aspects,such as MOOC,game thinking,virtual reality and Webcast,the paper points out that the training system should include four course modules,that is virtual exercise module,webcast module,timely feedback,and interactive effect.At the same time,the emergency training system needs other functions.This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the training system under the traditional emergency training mode,including the requirement analysis function,theoretical explanation function,etc.In addition,it analyzes the service object that the system should satisfy,as well as the operation and maintenance management,the course and the exercise management,special effects simulation and other auxiliary functions.According to the demand analysis of the integrated training system,the specific functions of the training system are designed,including the system architecture design which is divided into support layer,application layer,data layer,access terminal and so on,subsystem design,including practice teaching subsystem,operation and maintenance management subsystem,virtual exercise subsystem,exercise evaluation subsystem.The specific module function design of the system,is the function design of each module under each subsystem.The prototype of the system is designed by using Axure RP 8 software,and the interface of different functional modules are displayed.
