With the natural gas industry extending to deep sea constantly,the application of deep sea floating liquefied natural gas(FLNG)technology is more and more widely.The pretreatment of natural gas is an important link in the production process of FLNG,and the tower is the core equipment of natural gas pretreatment process.The plate column is suitable for large diameter,has the advantages of large operation range and convenient maintenance etc.,but the deacidification efficiency of plate column will be decreased under shaking condition.So research the hydrodynamic performance of plate column under shaking condition and analyze the adaptation of plate column under different conditions,can provide a reference for the design and use of plate column on FLNG device,and lay a foundation for further research into the optimization of natural gas pretreatment process on FLNG device.In this paper,the hydrodynamic performance of float valve tray and bubble-cap tray are studied in order to analyze the adaptability of the column plate on FLNG device.A set of cold model experimental device is designed,which is used to realize different shaking conditions by six degrees of freedom shaking platform.The study of floating valve tray and bubble-cap tray was carried out by using water and air system,and the research point is the tray pressure drop,liquid level unevenness and liquid leakage.Based on the three research points,the performance of the plate under the condition of tilting,single degree of freedom and two degrees of freedom coupling is studied.At first,the inclined direction with better adaptation and the maximum inclination angle for normal operation of the two trays is obtained.Secondly,the hydrodynamic performance of the trays under different shaking conditions is studied,and the effects of different shaking periods,sloshing modes and sloshing amplitude on the performance of the plate are obtained.Finally,optimize the plate column and analysis the optimization effect by simulation which increasing the adaptability of plate column in FLNG plant.
