China is a big country with abundant bamboo resources.With the implementation and deepening of the "One Belt And One Road" national policy,the economic development of the bamboo products industry has entered a new era.The output value of the bamboo industry in 2018 is about 200 billion yuan,with a huge number of employees.Breaking in bamboo and bamboo products deep processing of the first line of the key working procedure,the existing bamboo processing bamboo system are generally adopt semi-automatic breaking bamboo machine,mainly done by manual operation,human production cost expensive,this seriously limits the improvement of the enterprise or bamboo farmer production efficiency,aiming at the current bamboo products processing enterprises in China automation level backward,low production efficiency,personnel safety operation is high,these problems seriously restrict the bamboo the economic transformation of enterprises to improve business efficiency,bamboo farmers' income,so the production of a highly efficient and stable automated sorting to break the bamboo system is particularly important.At present,most of the automatic bamboo breaker is in the state of laboratory research.It mainly adopts the design scheme of automatic feeding,diameter measurement,bamboo-tube centering,rotary positioning cutter and bamboo breaker,and realizes the full automatic bamboo breaker by combining with the control system.But for optimal broken bamboo control system security,stability and practicability of the system research is not enough,did not take into account the different length,weight,bending degree of bamboo tube on the system of the automatic feeding mechanism,diameter measuring mechanism,clamping positioning,knife plate positioning,the applicability of the conveying mechanism and bamboo tube for the rate,the knife dish positioning success rate,and the important impact of the success rate of bamboo.Based on the mechanical system and control system of the first generation of automatic sample breaker designed in this paper,the optimization design is carried out: the positioning of cutter head,diameter measurement,work efficiency improvement,and the technical problems in clamping positioning are further optimized and studied in depth.[added technical comparison]For this,this article is based on mitsubishi PLC-F3U32 MT for advanced control technology,servo control system is the core control technology,man-machine interface technology and sensor technology,design and development of a new type of automatic broken bamboo control system,realized the 1.5-2.5 meters of different length,8 kinds of different diameter size of bamboo tube recognition and automatic feeding,cutter head positioning,broken bamboo,feeding;Setting and real-time monitoring of key technical parameters of broken bamboo;The automatic bamboo breaking control system with optimal work efficiency is of great significance for improving the production efficiency of China's bamboo products processing enterprises and promoting the automation level of modern bamboo processing.The main work of this paper includes the following five aspects:(1)A new type of fully automatic bamboo breaker control system based on F3u-32 mt PLC is constructed.New type of fully automatic bamboo breaker control system(including control system based on f3u-32 mt PLC control system).In the control system,f3u-32 mt PLC is responsible for the collection and analysis of operation data and the full automatic control of the mechanical system.In the mechanical system,the design of each mechanical device to complete the control system under the control of the corresponding action,stable and reliable to achieve full automation.(2)Designed and manufactured a complete mechanical system of automatic bamboo breakerOn the basis of the first generation of fully automatic bamboo breaker,a new type of automatic bamboo breaker mechanical system(including feeding device,clamping and centering device,cutter disc device,automatic bamboo breaker and feeding device)is optimized and designed to accurately realize all bamboo processing actions required by the control system.(3)A man-machine operation platform based on willentong E6000 i was establishedAccording to the industrial standards of bamboo processing enterprises,the automatic operation interface,manual operation interface,inching operation interface,monitoring operation interface and parameter operation interface are set up,which saves a lot of physical space for the control system.The operation interface is friendly,safe and reliable,and has good expansibility.It can provide great convenience for the initial,middle and final debugging of the new type of fully automatic bamboo breaker design,and shorten the cycle of optimizing and improving the system.(4)Servo control technology and optimal synchronous control strategy are used to improve the control accuracy and work efficiency of the systemServo motor control technology was used to optimize design of the knife set precision positioning control strategy,combined with the positive and negative interpolation optimization strategy greatly reduced the speed reducer and spindle servo motor and speed reducer and the big gap between the disc spindle caused by the inevitable cumulative error,at the same time constant program strategy and optimization of the mechanical structure,harmony,through a large numberof tests show that developed a model of optimal efficiency of the whole machine control work,the machine is greatly improving the efficiency of the enterprise,reduce the personnel safety hidden trouble and the intensity of labor,in a bamboo manufacturing industry has a high research value and market potential.
